Ella Hardy has been a Land Buyer and Planning Specialist for the past 10 years and has worked on land deals ranging from £100k, all the way to £350m GDV.
In the past decade Ella and her partner Phil have built a multi 7-figure land buying business and currently have multiple sites in planning which when sold are projected to deliver over £6m in profit.
Ella is a huge advocate of helping other people become specialists in Planning Uplifts and guarantees success with anyone that she works with within 12 months

I have spent over 30 years supporting families in various roles. It’s at the heart of everything I do, and I have carried my values over into my career in land and property. It is, after all, a people-business.

What time does the event start and finish?
Registration is from 9:30am and training starts at 10:00am. Please be on-site by 9:30am and use this time to grab a coffee, network and find a seat. Depending on the pace of the day and Q&A we will aim to wrap things up by 5pm.
Do I need any prior experience in land or property to attend?
No. The event is designed for both beginners and experienced professionals. While some attendees will be established developers and agents, many are corporate professionals and business owners just starting their land journey.
What's included in the ticket price?
Your £47 VIP Ticket includes the full-day live event, refreshments and snacks, access to a private community, pre-event training materials.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue. The hotel also has excellent transport links if you prefer to travel by train.
Will the training be specific to me?
Yes. The whole Land Profits Team will be present at the event, providing bespoke support and tailored support for everyone in the room regardless of where you are right now in your planning uplifts journey.
Is this ticket refundable?
